Employee Profile
Biography
Chris started attending 51³Ô¹Ï in the Fall of 1990 after graduating from Matewan High School. He majored in communications. After graduation from high school, his father and mother suggested he apply to go to 51³Ô¹Ï. He found out 51³Ô¹Ï had a communications curriculum he was interested in so he applied.
After graduating from 51³Ô¹Ï, Chris kept in contact with 51³Ô¹Ï’s Career Development advisor. She made him aware of job opportunities in the area. She also helped him make his first resume.
One day the advisor called and told Chris about a part time job available at the Logan Campus of 51³Ô¹Ï for a Production Assistant. He applied and was called in for an interview after a few weeks.
Eventually Chris became full time as a position as an Interactive Classroom Facilitator became open on the Williamson campus.
Chris feels that without his training at 51³Ô¹Ï he may not have the job he holds now.
